The Friends of Live Oaks are excited to present a fundraising car show to support the A.R.K. (Animals Reaching Kids) and the Garden of Life.
Up to 20 car spots are available for both classic and contemporary motorized vehicles, with music, food and prizes for everyone.
Vehicle Display & Vendor Info:
1. Vehicles & Vendors must arrive between 7:30am and 8:30am – no admittance after 8:30am
2. No electricity, water or chairs are available.
3. Each vehicle must be parked between designated parking lines, and may utilize the left half of the empty space to the right of the vehicle looking from the front.
4. Most vehicles will be parked on tarmac, some vehicles may be parked on solid ground.
5. Vendors will be allocated a 10ft x 10ft space on tarmac – tents, covers, weights, tables and chairs must provided by each vendor.
Employees, agents, volunteers and assigns hold harmless against any and all claims of injury, loss or other claim of whatever nature that may arise out of my participation in this event held on even date. The organizer, host or venue will not be held responsible for any liability, lost or stolen items, damages to property, or any injury incurred during the event.
